The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Babubarhi P.S. Case No. 160 of 2016 corresponding to G.R> No. 1980 of 2016 registered under Sections 467, 406, 420, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the case. The F.I.R. is lodged after lapse of three years of the alleged occurrence.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
