2. The petitioner who is husband of opposite party No. 2 apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties has already been resolved through the process of mediation vide Mediator's Report dated 23.07.2024 annexed as Annexure-1/A to the supplementary affidavit.
4. Learned counsel for the O.P. No. 2 does not dispute the contention made on behalf of the petitioner.
5. In view of the fact that the dispute between the

No.31603 of 2024(3) dt.07-08-2024 2/2 parties has been resolved, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above-named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class-cum-AM VIII, Araria in connection with Complaint Case No. 542C of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
