2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lalmatia P.S. Case No. 52 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 85, 3(5) of the BNS, 2023 and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. It is a case of matrimonial dispute.
4. Vide order dated 23.07.2025, the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre for exploring the possibility of amicable settlement of the dispute between the parties.

5. It has jointly been submitted that the mediation has become successful. The terms and conditions of the compromise entered into between the parties has been annexed with the mediation report dated 25.09.2025.
6. Taking into consideration the submissions advanced by the parties as also the compromise arrived at between the parties before the learned Mediator, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Bhagalpur in connection with Lalmatia P.S. Case No. 52 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C./482(2) of BNSS, 2023
7. If either of the parties retracts from the terms and conditions of compromise, the learned court below may pass appropriate orders.
