In this case the petitioners apprehend their arrest in Ghosi P.S. Case No. 107/2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 448, 337, 342, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they have got criminal antecedent. There is allegation that accused persons entered into the house of the informant and resorted to firing in which one Vidyawati Kumari got injury.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45925 of 2017 (2) dt.10-10-2017 2/2 enlarge the petitioners above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

If the petitioners surrender before the court below within four weeks from today and pray for regular bail, their prayer shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
