The petitioner prays for grant of Junior Selection Grade from the date the juniors have been granted.
Mr. Mritunjay Kumar, AC to GP-12 invites the attention of this Court to the order dated 7.8.2014 of the Under Secretary, General Administration Department to submit that the grievance raised by the petitioner for grant of Junior Selection Grade was considered and rejected as back as in 7.8.2014 but the petitioner did not choose to question the same rather after a lapse of almost one and half years that he has chosen to prefer this writ petition to seek a
Patna High Court CWJC No.278 of 2016 dt.29-01-2018 2/2 mandamus for the same purpose and for the same relief which has already been rejected.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the clarification given at paragraphs 8 to 10 of the counter affidavit which contains the reasons for non-grant of Junior Selection Grade to the petitioner and which has not been contested by filing a rejoinder thereto, I find no merit on the claim so raised which is accordingly rejected.
