JUSTICE NANI TAGIA ORAL ORDER 02-04-2025 This contemp petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 12.12.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5103 of 2018, whereby on the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition was disposed of to approach the respondent no.6 - the Registrar, Patliputra University, Patna with an application for revoking the suspension of the petitioner. The Court further observe that in the event such a representation is filed by the petitioner, the Court expects that the matter would be taken to its logical conclusion in accordance with law expeditiously.

2. Opposite Party No.2 - the Registrar, Patliputra University, Patna has filed a show cause, wherein in paragraph no. 6, thereof, it has been stated as under:

"6. That after receiving the representation of the petitioner on 03.01.2019, the Answering Opposite Party is passed a speaking order and communicated to the G.J. College, Rambagh, Bihta vide letter No.-347 dated 25.10.2019 to revoke the suspension of the petitioner with immediate effect and the petitioner has been directed to join J.D. Women's College, Patna."

3. On perusal of paragraph 6 of the show cause filed by the O.P. No. 2, I find that the order dated 12.12.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5103 of 2018 has been duly complied with.

4. In that view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed and disposed off.
