JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 24-09-2020 Heard Mr. Paras Nath, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No.599 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in loot of motorcycle.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is in custody since 20.12.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for 9 months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner on deposit of Rs. 50,000/- cash. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24803 of 2020(2) dt.24-09-2020 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No.599 of 2019, subject to deposit of Rs. 50,000/- Cash.

The deposit of Rs.50,000/- Cash shall abide by the final outcome of the present Criminal Case.
