However, learned counsel for the petitioner expressed his apprehension that there may still be a dispute regarding some amount. If so, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file a representation before the Branch Manager of the concerned Bank which shall be dealt with forthwith and a speaking order shall be passed within four weeks.
