ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA) 04-08-2022 At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the ICICI Bank submits that account of the petitioner has been defreezed. However, learned counsel for the petitioner expressed his apprehension that there may still be a dispute regarding some amount. If so, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file a representation before the Branch Manager of the concerned Bank which shall be dealt with forthwith and a speaking order shall be passed within four weeks.
