The petitioner is accused in Ramkrishna Nagar P.S. Case No.295 of 2015, registered under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

Although he is not named in the First Information Report but from the materials on record including the impugned order, it appears on the statement of co-accused Ravi Shankar Prasad, his name transpired as a co-accused of the case. Importantly, on the statement of co-accused Ravi Shankar Prasad certain belongings of the victim/deceased (husband of the informant) were also seized.

Looking to the materials available on record, I am not
