2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kasma P.S. Case No. 40 of 2024 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506 of IPC lodged on 24.03.2024 by the informant Sarita Devi.
3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that due to previous enmity, the accused persons armed variously came and after abuse, assaulted the informant. When Sankar Paswan, Gulabi Devi, Rambali Paswan, Budhan Paswan, Satendra Paswan and Priyanka Kumari came to the rescue, they were also assaulted. Further allegation is of snatching of golden
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25868 of 2025(2) dt.15-05-2025 2/2 chain. This led to the FIR.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case in the matter. Upon query, it has been informed that the same is not attached with the bail application.
5. Learned APP for the State, on the other hand, opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the submissions of the parties as also the allegation is there against the petitioner of use of Garasa, number of informant's sides have been injured, in that background, it is appropriate that he seeks bail.
