2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of bail. Earlier his application was rejected vide order dated 23.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27070 of 2023.

3. The following order was passed on 23.05.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 27070 of 2023:- "Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

This application has been filed for grant of regular bail arises out of Session Trial No. 295 of 2022, arising out of Koransarai P.S. Case No. 26/2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that petitioner is involved in road robbery and having seven similar antecedents, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The trial court is directed to expedite the trial of all the cases pending against the petitioner."

4. The petitioner is in jail since 06.04.2022. Therefore, the prayer for bail has been renewed on the ground of period of custody and some co-accused have been granted bail.

5. I am not inclined to grant bail to this petitioner as he is involved in a road robbery and has got similar antecedent. It is accordingly dismissed.

6. Again, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
