Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The specific allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted on the head of the informant's son by giving a farsa blow.

Submission is that both sides are agnates and neighbours. On petty issue, the occurrence took place and false allegation is levelled against the petitioner. The injury on the person of Pintu Yadav is simple in nature and injury sustained by the petitioner's side is grievous in nature and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52225 of 2016 (4) dt.22-02-2017 Considering the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner, namely, Umesh Yadav @ Umesh Kumar Yadav be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No.117 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
