Although the deponent was required to file a show cause, however, it appears that due to inadvertence and lack of advice instead of show cause, supplementary affidavit has been filed.

Be that as it may, on going through the statements made therein saying that the deponent had no knowledge regarding the three cases and the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that he has perused the entire order-sheets of the three cases but nowhere found that the petitioner was ever taken on remand in those cases, this Court does not want to proceed with the matter. The statement made on behalf of the deponent is accepted. No further order need be passed.
