Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 354(A), 354, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that when the informant's parents went to make a complaint that Girji Ram, son of Maheshwar Ram had made an attempt of rape on her then the petitioners started abusing her parents and assaulted them. It is submitted that the only allegation against the petitioners is that they abused the informant's parents when they

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioners, namely, Nageshwar Ram, Smt. Urmila Devi @ Urmila Devi, Sahaj Ram, Sona Devi, Nand Ram, Bafi Devi @ Bappi Devi and Jaimanti Devi be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sanjay Kuamr Singh, Additional District & Sessions Judge-I, Jehanabad in connection with Mahila (Jehanabad) P.S.
