2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Musrigharari P.S. Case No. 152 of 2024, registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 62(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S. and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner is the assailant of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 15.02.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid fact and also gravity of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27195 of 2025(3) dt.06-08-2025 2/2 offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed.
