JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-05-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For issuance of an appropriate writ/order/ or direction to the respondents directing and commanding them to pay the commission amount of the petitioner since September 2013 to till date. (ii). For issuance of an appropriate writ/order or direction commanding the respondents to give the arrear amount of commission of the petitioner of Rs.35,931/- which amount was misappropriated in favour of one Bipindeo Kumar Singh.
(iii). For issuance of appropriate writ/order ог direction commanding the respondents to pay the interest of the arrear of commission amount of the petitioner alongwith suitable compensation."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
