The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 308, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner and other family members, allegedly, committed assault and theft against the informant. Allegation is that false implication is there because petitioner had lodged Isuapur Police Station Case No. 111 of 2015 under Section 304-B of the Indian Penal Code against the family members of the informant.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53150 of 2016 (2) dt.08-12-2016 of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Saran at Chapra/Successor Court in connection with Amnour Police Station Case No. 146 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
