2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

2/4 "(i) for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandmus for commanding and directing the respondent authorities concern to take legal and appropriate action against the Circle Officer, Surajgarha and the revenue clerk involved in adopting unfair means and without any proceeding of mutation under Bihar Mutation Act, 2011 adding the land of petitioner situated at Mauza Salarpur, Thana No.55, Khata No. 233, Khesara No. 259, Area 38 decimal in the other person register II Tenant's Ledger recorded in the name of Anant Lal Mishra son of Banshi Mishra of Mauza Salarpur under jurisdiction of Circle Office, Surajgarha of district Lakhisarai.

(ii) for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari to set aside the order dated 24.08.2024 jointly passed in Janta Darbar held at the premises of Medanichauki Police Station by Circle Officer, Surajgarha and the then SHO Medanichauki jointly ousting the petitioner from his own khatiyani land putting second parties in

3/4 possession over their purchased land.

(iii) for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandmus for commanding and directing the respondent authorities concern to take strict action against the then SHO Medanichauki who in collusion with antisocial elements instead of registering F.I.R. against them issued notice to the petitioner on 23.08.2024 for appearance in Janta Darbar held in the premises of Medanichauki Police station on 24/8/2024.

(iv) for issuance of any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for which the writ petitioner will be found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. The petitioner had dispute with the respondent nos.7 to 13 as the contention is that despite it being an ancestral land, they are creating disturbances.

4. Learned State counsel submits that the appropriate authority is the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Lakhisarai (respondent no.3).

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the concerned authority in next four weeks.

6. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the concerned respondent and if such petition is preferred, the authority shall see to it that after noticing/hearing all the parties, a reasoned order is passed in accordance with law.
