Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Ayar P.S. Case No. 54 of 2020, registered for the offence under Sections 409/240/120(B)/485/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Though the petitioner has been punished in the inquiry but it is not for any misappropriation but for negligence. Considering the same his application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
