In paragraph 10 of the counter affidavit, it has been averred that the grievance of the writ petitioner had also been redressed by the District Magistrate, Mugner by an analogous order dated 07.12.2011 passed in Misc. Case No. 7/2010-11, Sulekha Kumari Versus The State of Bihar & others and Misc. Case No. 15/2008-09, Nutan Kumari Versus The State of Bihar & others, whereby and whereunder the order contained in Memo No. 321/Programme dated 11.05.2010 had been rejected and the selection of the writ petitioner as Anganwari Sevika on
Patna High Court CWJC No.6986 of 2011(4) dt.18-01-2019 2/2 Centre No.17, Manikpur Kasba-II had not been interfered. The writ petitioner is presently continuing as Sevika on this said Centre.
In such view of the matter, since the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed, this petition stands disposed of.
