Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case filed under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 307, 354, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted that all other accused persons have already been granted bail. It is apparent from the first information report that there is dispute with respect to land upon which construction was being done by the informant and the allegation of tearing the cloth has only been made for the purpose of making the allegation grave. Though there is allegation upon the petitioner that he assaulted by pharsa but the injury upon the chick of Punam Kumari is lacerated wound caused by hard and blunt substance.

Case No. 137 of 2015, the petitioners above named shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section (2) of Section 438of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
