The petitioner seeks bail in Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No.135 of 2020 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The informant got information that Vishal Singh and his associates were seen with arms, ammunition and weapon near Thas river and on such, the informant and other police officials arrested two persons namely, Vishal Singh and Rajababu Yadav @ Lala(the petitioner). From the possession of Vishal Singh, arms and ammunition were recovered but from the possession of Rajababu Yadav @ Lala, one mobile was recovered. One pistol was also recovered from Honda motorcycle bearing registration No.BR03AB-2318 which belongs to Manjay Yadav.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25078 of 2020(2) dt.22-09-2020 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no firearms were recovered from the possession of the petitioner and petitioner is in jail since 04.05.2020. Petitioner has already remained in jail for 4 1⁄2 months.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-7, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No.135 of 2020.
