Having considered the averments made in the writ petition and materials on record and upon hearing the parties, it is hereby directed that respondent No.5, namely, Superintendent of
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.7 of 2016 (2) dt.18-01-2016 2/2 Police, Munger, shall enquire into the matter with regard to the grievances raised in the writ petition and do the needful in law in order to ensure proper, fair and effective investigation in such a way that no innocent person is harassed and adequate security is provided to the petitioners.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
