The petitioner apprehends arrest in Mohania P.S. Case No. 417 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 302,201 of the IPC.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the written report, the name of this petitioner has come in the case diary during investigation on the basis of information given by the spy. In the written report, it is alleged that one dead body of woman was found lying beside the Pipra Nahar Road. On verification it was found that the dead body was badly destroyed, due to which the face was not identified. Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the

Prior to lodging the instant case, petitioner was made accused in Mohania P.S.Case No. 414 of 2016, which is related to this case, in which he has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 11.10.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47670 of 2017. In such circumstances, prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No.

417 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua, subject to condition as laid down u/S 438 (2) of the Cr. P.C.
