Re: CWJC No.9401 of 2008 Since counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ application itself can be disposed of giving him liberty to move the authority to take a final decision on the basis of the enquiry report, which has already been submitted on 27.04.2010 and that is holding up final settlement of his post retiral dues.
