Patna High Court CWJC No.7011 of 2026(5) dt.17-06-2026 2/2 ORAL ORDER 17-06-2026 Having regard to the fact that the petitioners are having an alternative and effective remedy of approaching the DRT, Patna under Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. The present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to approach the DRT, Patna under Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 within a period of ten days from today. If any application is filed under Section 17, the DRT, Patna shall entertain the same and in case any interlocutory application is filed, the same shall be taken into consideration and necessary orders passed.

2. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
