1. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission on behalf of the petitioner to add the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna, as party respondent no.6, to the present writ petition. Permission so sought is granted. Let the needful be done during the course of the day.

2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this writ application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs or order/orders in the nature of Mandamus for directing and commanding the respondents to make

Patna High Court CWJC No.17952 of 2014(2) dt.15-05-2024 2/2 allotment of Middle Income wages plot under the widow /Handicapped quota within Bahadurpur and Hanumannagar Area, Patna in view of the decision taken in the both meeting of Board dated- 22/12/89 by which the Board took decision to allot the M.I.G. Plot to the mother of the petitioner namely Shanti Devi and further directing to make agreement and give possession in favour of the petitioner."

3. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner, before the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
