1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ or writs direction or directions commanding the respondents particularly the respondent no.2 to implement the order dated 15.01.2024 passed by the District Public grievance redressal officer Darbhanga in Complaint Case No. 3812 Whereby and whereunder direction was issue to the respondent no. 3 to cancel the recognization of Madarsa Millatai Islamiya Pohaddi and to ensure the recovery of the aid amount and to lodged the FIR against the respondent no. 5 and its member who
Patna High Court CWJC No.6838 of 2024(2) dt.11-07-2024 2/2 have got recognition of the said Madarsa on the basis of the forged documents under the departmental rule."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The writ petition stands dismissed.
