JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the parties This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Phulwaria P.S.Case N0. 49 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 413,414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has criminal antecedent inasmuch as he is accused of offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code in one case and Sections 25 (1-B) a, 26,35 of the Arms Act in other, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application is rejected.

Petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised.
