2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 213 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 376, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have committed rape and murder of the deceased.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 9.11.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent as after investigation, the police has submitted charge-sheet under Section 306 of the IPC.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.
