Giri, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the State and Mr. Mrigank Mauli, the learned counsel for the respondent No.9. The petitioner has filed I. A. No. 515 of 2018 with supplementary affidavit stating that the suit filed in the Calcutta High Court has already been compromised and in terms of compromise respondent No.9 may be permitted to transfer and convey the land in terms of the decree passed by the Hon'ble High

Patna High Court CWJC No.17530 of 2014 (6) dt.05-02-2018 2/2 Court, Calcutta, in favour of the petitioner and further permitting respondent No.9 to deal with/transfer the remaining land to meet the other financial obligations and debts incurred for acquiring property.

Since the suit, i.e., C.S. No. 190 of 2012, pending in the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta has already been compromised between petitioner and respondent No.9, this writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms that the respondent No.9 either by himself or through his nominee/ assignee/ representative/agent to transfer and convey the land in terms of the decree passed by the Hon'ble Calcutta High Court in favour of petitioner and further permitting the respondent No.9 to deal with/ transfer the remaining land to meet the other financial obligations and debts incurred for acquiring property.

Accordingly, this writ petition along with I. A. No. 515 of 2018 stands disposed of.
