Any relief or direction for recognition or affiliation from 1999 is uncalled for keeping in mind that Rule relating to such recognition and affiliation has undergone a change in the year 2015. Any prayer of the petitioner will have to be considered by the authorities of the Bihar School Examination Board within the framework of the 2015 Rules which are in vogue as of now. The earlier story or exercise, which the petitioner is harping on, has lost its meaning due to the changes which have come about in the meanwhile. So far as prayer of the petitioner for a direction upon the respondent state authorities to extend the benefit of
