2. The petitioner is aggrieved by non-payment of the 3rd MACP benefits as well as Grade Pay from the date to which he is entitled and other financial benefits.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that several representations with calculation chart in detail have also yielded no result.

4. The petitioner under the aforesaid circumstances is directed to make a fresh representation

Patna High Court CWJC No.8168 of 2019 dt.16-05-2019 2/2 before the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Magadh Division, Gaya (respondent no. 4) within a period of four weeks from today, who, on receipt of the same and after verifying the records, shall dispose of such representation by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law within a further period of twelve weeks thereafter. If the claim of the petitioner is found to be tenable, necessary sequel order shall also be passed/caused to be passed within the aforesaid stipulated period.

5. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
