JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 419, 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that two residential and caste certificates were filed by the petitioner before the S.D.O., Madhubani and the same was found forged.

It is submitted that the petitioner is student of I.I.T., Delhi, who is reserved category candidate and in the investigation, it has come that he was issued caste certificate and residential certificate but someone else on his behalf filed the document in question and there was no occasion to file forged document by this petitioner and he has got no criminal antecedent.

No.814 of 2017 (3) dt.10-02-2017 2/2 Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner, namely, Santosh Kumar Singh be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with G.R. No.1216 of 2009, arising out of Khajauli P.S. Case No.47 of 2009, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Arun Kumar, J) N.H./- U T
