Learned counsel for the petitioner in view of the compromise between the parties does not press this application on merits and submits that he will move for regular bail in the Court of Special Judge after the victim is examined as witness. If the victim does not support the prosecution case then the Special Judge (POCSO) will release the petitioner on bail and if the victim supports her case, then the bail of the petitioner shall be considered on merits.
