1. The limited prayer, made by the petitioner, in the present writ petition, is to direct the District Magistrate-cumCollector, Nalanda to dispose off the case of the petitioner, pending before him upon remand by the Divisional Commissioner, Patna Division, Patna by an order dated 06.12.2019, passed in Service Appeal No.87 of 2019.

Having regard to the limited prayer, made by the petitioner, in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Nalanda to dispose off the case of the petitioner, pending before him, as aforesaid, if not already disposed off, by passing a reasoned and a speaking

Patna High Court CWJC No.7526 of 2022(2) dt.19-12-2023 2/2 order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
