2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to file a detail representation before the District Magistrate, Aurangabad for disposal of the claim of the petitioner, as made in the preset writ petition, in terms of

Patna High Court CWJC No.6175 of 2023(2) dt.09-08-2023 2/2 judgment dated 07.07.2020 passed in CWJC No.20072 of 2019.

3. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the District Magistrate, Aurangabad is directed to pass reasoned order in case the relief(s), as sought for in the present petition, is identical to that of Most. Ramsigari Devi. In case the petitioner is entitled for similar relief, the District Magistrate, Aurangabad is required to give identical benefits, in terms of judgment dated 07.07.2020 passed in CWJC No.20072 of 2019 (Most. Ramsigari Devi Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) and the dues in accordance with law.

5. With the above observation/direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
