The petitioner is in custody in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 657 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 379/34, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 01.10.2018. He further submits that the name of the petitioner surfaced on the basis of CCTV footage and F.I.R. was lodged on 30.09.2018 i.e. after delay of five days.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for nearly six months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25257 of 2019(2) dt.22-04-2019 2/2 bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 657 of 2018.
