The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Shiv Sagar P.S. Case No. 298 of 2016 under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The Circle Officer, Shiv Sagar, Sasaram, alleged that when he along with other officials went to village Konar, Md. Ali Ansari, Nasiruddin Ansari, the petitioner, and others put hindrance in discharge of their official duty and started pelting stones. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on same and similar allegation, Shiv Sagar P.S. Case No. 297 of 2016 was registered on the basis of fardbeyan of Naseema Bano in which the petitioner has already been granted bail. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner.

Considering the facts and nature of allegation, made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Shiv Sagar P.S. Case No.
