====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 22-09-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

2. The present writ petition has been filed for quashing of the order dated 12.03.2021 passed by Additional Collector, Sheikhpura in cancellation of Jamabandi Case No.2 of 2021 and also for setting aside the order dated 12.12.2022 passed in Jamabandi Appeal No.97 of 2022.

3. Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary

Patna High Court CWJC No.6979 of 2023(2) dt.22-09-2023 2/2 objection and submits that the remedy lies to the petitioner is by way of filing revision under the Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011.

4. In this view of the matter, petitioner is directed to avail the remedy of filing revision before the Commissioner, Munger within four weeks from today.

5. The delay, if any, in filing the revision is directed to be condoned.

6. The Commissioner, Munger is directed to pass reasoned and speaking order on the revision which shall be filed by the petitioner within three months from the date of completion of appearance of all concerned parties.

7. With this direction, the present Writ Petition stands disposed off.
