The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Excise Case No. 228 of 2020 , arising out of Jehanabad P. S. Case No. 111 of 2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

From perusal of the F.I.R. it appears that 100 litres of liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

Considering the recovery of liquor, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
