The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 149 of 2017 registered under Sections 25(1-A)(1-A)(1-AA), 25(1-AC), 25(1-b)A, 26 (i)(iii) and 35 of the Arms Act.

Regard being had to the recovery of huge quantity of semi-manufactured arms from the house of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application is rejected.
