JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-09-2015 The petitioner has moved against order of cancellation of his PDS dealer licence no. 274/2004, dated 12.9.2011, passed by the SDO, Sadar Saharsa.

The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take resort to the remedy of appeal. In case, petition for condonation of delay is filed, the same would be considered sympathetically, as the petitioner was pursuing the remedy before this Court.
