JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 25-10-2016 After some argument, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, in presence of the learned AC to GA-1 appearing on behalf of the respondent nos. 1 to 7, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the "competent authority" under the provisions of The Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009 ( in short „Act, 2009‟) for grant of appropriate relief(s) to her with respect to the lands in question allegedly settled in her favour under the provisions of The Bihar Privileged Persons Homestead Tenancy Act, 1947. Permission is accorded.

The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.

It goes without saying that if an appropriate petition is

Patna High Court CWJC No.19473 of 2015 (2) dt.25-10-2016 2/2 filed on behalf of the petitioner before the "competent authority" under the provisions of the Act, 2009 within a period of six weeks from today, after impleading all the necessary parties including the respondents herein, then the same shall be considered and decided on its own merit expeditious in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the withdrawal of the present writ petition, but before passing any final order, reasonable opportunity of hearing must be given to all concerned.
