Petitioner is in custody in connection with Goraul P.S.Case No.80 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 302, 201 and 120B/B34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has clean antecedent. In this case, the daughter and son-in-law of the petitioner were killed. The dead body of son-in-law was found hanging on a Seasam tree of Pojha Chowr and the dead body of the daughter of this petitioner was burnt. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner is unfortunate father who lost his daughter and son-in-law. There is absolutely no motive to kill the daughter and son-inlaw. In this case the wife of the petitioner has been granted bail.

Considering the totality of the fact, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner named above on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-Ist, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul P.S.Case No.80 of 2019.
