By filing the present writ application, the petitioner seeks a direction upon the respondents concerned to pay the salary amount from 05.07.2018 to 08.02.2022, in view of Memo No.09 dated 12.01.2022 issued by the respondent no.2 as well as compensation amount for deliberately and knowingly harassing the petitioner debarring from legal service for the said post and also for holding and declaring that the petitioner deserves to get the salary amount for the period 05.07.2018 to 08.02.2022.
3. A counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent
Patna High Court CWJC No.7566 of 2022(8) dt.16-01-2025 2/2 no.4 is on record and in para-18 of the said counter affidavit it is stated that the petitioner has been paid for the period for which he gave his service as a guest teacher and there is no any other relief available to the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to rebut the same.
5. In view of the aforesaid, this writ application stands disposed of.
