2. The present writ application has been preferred for :
issuance of an appropriate writ order or direction directing the Respondents to pay 1 crore per Acre to the petitioner and his relative as his land has been arbitrary acquired at Rs.35 lacs per acre by the District Land Acquisition Officer, Bhagalpur for N.T.P.C.
Kahalgaon and as such it is a case of discrimination.
3. A perusal of the order sheet would show that on 05.09.2024, 23.09.2024 as also 30.09.2024 on call, there was no appearance.
