1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the stage of the case has changed, charges have been framed and the trial has commenced.

3. The learned APP for the State thus opposes the quashing application and submits that since charges have been framed and the trial has commenced, as such, the Court should not interfere in the case at this stage.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned APP for the State, the Court is not inclined to entertain the quashing application.

5. Accordingly, the present quashing application
