2. The petitioner is accused in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. This is the second attempt for bail. Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17201 of 2024 vide order dated 20.03.2024. From perusal of the entire records and the previous rejection order of this Court, there is no new ground to
