The petitioner raises certain complaints against the alleged malfunctioning by the Executive Officer, the respondent No.6 herein.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering that some steps have been taken in this regard by the State Government as reflected vide notification present at Annexure-4 series and taking into consideration the nature of the relief prayed in the present writ petition, I am of the opinion that
Patna High Court CWJC No.18444 of 2014 (3) dt.09-02-2016 2/2 the writ petition can be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to espouse the remedy as is available to him under the provisions of the Bihar Municipal Act, 2007 before the appropriate forum, if so advised.
The writ petition is disposed of.
